Cancellation by the Patient: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of care. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your delay significantly impacts the schedule and the care of other patients, we might need to reschedule your appointment.
Medical Consultations: Refunds for medical consultations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the care or service you received, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
Workshops and Classes: Refunds for workshops and classes are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. After that point, refunds will not be provided.
Products: If you have purchased any products through our clinic, such as supplements or health-related items, refunds will be considered if the product is unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase.
